Creating Better Memories
Around the holidays there is great joy and tremendous stress. I write this in hopes of all of us taking time to focus on joy and creating more from a joyful state. We all know what stress and chaos feels like, but the core of whom we are, is a happy, spiritually evolved being. Getting back to a happier center allows for the spirit of the holidays to live year round. Plus the holidays become more fun too.

Think back to a happy time in life, from that moment transfer the matrix of happy into us, and ask how to expand the joy. And as you’re expand the matrix of joy, again ask such questions as: Who can we reconnect with? How can we make another’s life easier? Make a pie for a neighbor. Call up a long lost friend from high school. Adopt a pet. Or volunteer for the organization that moves your heart.

There are numerous ways to improve our lives, we just have to start. When, hopefully, today! If you look at life as drudgery, then stop and recognize life and what we do with it as a choice. Decisions we make do shape our life for good and/or bad. A choice is empowering while a “must do” feels like a struggle. Release the struggle through placing time and energy into what encourages, strengthens, and vibrates to a positive YES.

Here are a couple statements I enjoy using daily:

1.  “How does it get better than this?”

This assists the Great Spirit to always provide better for us. If we pay attention to our language, so often there’s a stop put on how good it can be. What would life be like if we removed the stops? The possibilities may astound us.

2.  “Divine Love Through Me I give thanks that I give my highest and best to all people and things now, and all people and things give their highest and best to me now.”

Living in the state of gratitude and living our highest and best brings out the best in everyone. The words “I love you” is overused and overrated. But if you stop and reach into your heart with a genuine “thank you,” then love is felt without the words ever being spoken. So when “I love you” is spoken, it means something.

One of my favorite poets is Hafiz. He was a Sufi poet and lesser know to Rumi. He has a so many insightful poems, and I’d like to share one with you.

There are many gifts still unopened from your birthday,
There are so many handcrafted presents that have been sent to your door by GOD.
The beloved does not mind repeating,
Everything I have is also yours.

There is so much available for us. The magic key is joyful gratitude. And when that combination is applied the matrix of lack and sorrow disappears as we move into the new paradigm. The reality already exists, the only shift to take place is in our mind.

This holiday season explore the possibilities of inviting into your life the bountiful gifts of spirit. The exploration lasts a lifetime. And there is plenty for each and every single day.

Peace, Love and Blessings,

                                        Beth

Cinnamon
Most of the time when we think of cinnamon, we think holidays, cinnamon toast, breakfast rolls, but cinnamon has a long history. It is one of the oldest spices known. It was mentioned in the Bible and was used in ancient Egypt not only as a beverage flavoring and medicine, but also as an embalming agent. It was so highly treasured that it was considered more precious than gold. Cinnamon became one of the first commodities traded regularly between the Near East and Europe.

Yes, cinnamon tastes great, and it also contains many health benefits such as: Anti-Clotting and Anti-Microbial actions, Blood Sugar Control, it boosts Brain Function, it's Calcium, Manganese and Fiber protect against Heart Disease and improve Colon Health, plus much, much more.

Play with how many ways you can use cinnamon. You can even add it too your cranberry sauce.

Cranberry Sauce:

Fresh cranberries:    1 bag
Orange juice:    1-2 oranges
Agave nectar:    ¼ to ½ cup
Pecans:        ½ to 1 cup
Sea Salt:        pinch
Cinnamon:        pinch

www.bethe.wholefoodfarmacy.com

Wholefood Farmacy has been around for a few years now. And their primary focus is making eating healthy convenient. Since I travel a lot and stay on the go, it’s helpful for me to just grab a bag of Phi Plus or Veggidelicious Spice and head on down the road.

There are so many options from fruit blends to veggie blends and more. It’s just a one-time (lifetime) membership fee to order wholesale of $15. And with the membership they’ll send you a free bag of Phi Plus, which is the cost of your membership fee.

Here are a few of my favorites: veggidelicious spice, phi plus, beautiPhi, and sublime cream.

The sublime cream I use on my face as well as the rest of my body, and it keeps my face moist and soft all day long.

Whether you desire to eat healthier while on the go or maybe lose some weight, the products at www.bethe.wholefoodfarmacy.com will make a healthy difference.
